Delivery
At present, we only offer Delivery to UK and Ireland. We do not currently delivery to BFPO addresses.
We offer the following Delivery options:
FREE Standard UK Delivery on All Orders - Limited Time Only (3-5 working days)Express Delivery (24-48 Hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday) £10
Delivery to Ireland (delivered within 5-7 working days) £15
Orders placed over the weekend and UK Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday unless it is a UK Bank Holiday.
We will aim to dispatch your order the very same day if placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders received later than 2pm GMT, or over a weekend, will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note the cut-off point for Express Delivery is 11am. Anything ordered after this will be processed the next working day.
Returns
You may return any items unused and in their original packaging with tags attached within 28 days of receipt via your original form of payment. Any items returned outside of this period will be issued with a credit note.
Lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, knickers cannot be returned.

For free returns request, contact theteam@endlessloveaffair within 28 days of placing the order, to receive the free returns label via email. Once we have received and validated your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm the validation.
